BU has a number of former players in this year NHL playoffs.

Starting with the Ducks-Predators series. Collin Wilson is not playing for Nashville, but his his fellow line mate from the 2009 National Championship year is for Anaheim. Nick Bonino is getting a regular shift for the Ducks on the third line and last night almost scored his first career playoff goal (video). The Duck's Bobby Ryan scored one of the alltime highlight reel goals last night but it was the Predators who won the game in overtime.

In the Rangers-Capitals series, Matt Gilroy and Chris Drury will look to stave off elimination this afternoon. Gilroy scored the first goal of the series back in game one (video). The Capitals won a thrilling double overtime classic two nights ago in Madison Square Garden. Washington leads the series three games to one.

Mike Grier and the Buffalo Sabres took a 3-2 series lead after defeating the Flyers in overtime last night. Grier has only one point in the five playoff games, an assist on Buffalo's fourth goal in game two.

Adrian Aucoin and the Phoenix Coyotes were swept in four games by the Red Wings. Aucoin had no points and was -4 for the series.

The are no former Terriers in either the Tampa Bay-Pittsburgh series, Boston-Montreal, Chicago-Vancouver and Los Angeles-San Jose*.

* John McCarthy is no longer on the active roster for San Jose. He is in AHL Worcester.
