Boston College comes into this game as the number one ranked team in country, winning seven straight games and boasting a 7-1-0 record. BC's lone loss came against Northeastern in the first game of the year. BC's most notable win came Friday night against Notre Dame at home.

For BU, the last time they bet the number one ranked team in the nation was January 27, 2006 against Boston College.
Scouting the Eagles
BC is lead offensively by sophomore Johnny Gaudreau who has six goal, eight assist, for eleven points in eight games play. Behind him, is Pat Mullane and Bill Arnold, who both have nine points. Another player to watch is Freshman and first round draft pick Michael Matheson, who has six points thus far. Also, Patrick Wey is a sold defenseman and was on the World Junior Championship team two years ago.
In goal, Parker Milner (who I still think is incurably over rated) has a .934 save percentage with a 1.86 goals against average and two shutouts. Great right? Yeah, but remember that game where he allowed four goals on 14 shots against BU.... at HOME! Milner has played one good game against BU and that was the Beanpot Championship game where, I unfortunately have to give him credit for making some big time stops in overtime. None bigger than the one on Matt Nieto on the door step. Anyway, Milner is alway good for a regular season blunder against BU.
The Last Time They Met...
was the Beanpot Championship game. BC won with 6 seconds left in the first overtime on a Bill Arnold shot from the top of the circle.
