Questionable Call leads NU past BU

Despite the loss, the Terriers most likely played their best game of the season. BU's  defense held the Huskys to only 19 shots the entire game. But than again it only took a controversial interference call on freshman Alex Chiasson and one juicy rebound. From that juicy rebound came the only goal of the game, off the stick of Wade Macleod, who received a pass from the one who got the rebound Jack Newton.Thats all the Huskys needed to top the Terriers 1-0 in front of a sellout crowd at Matthew Arena .

The Terriers had their chances to win the game. The had tallied the most shots in one game all season with 43. The Terriers all so seemed to turn the face-off around by winning 39 of 69 draws last night. But
The star of the night was Northeastern freshman goalie Chris Rawlings, who saved every thing the Terriers through his way.
“I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I can’t even explain it, it was unbelievable, I was thinking about it all week in practice what kind of things they do and going over stuff with my goalie coach. It was a big game and I stepped up to the challenge.” - Chris Rawlings
The Terriers will try and turn things around and get of this two game losing slid up in Maine on Sunday.
