Yesterday there where four games in the NCAA tournament and it took two overtimes for the first higher seed to win a game. Saint Cloud State won their game 4-3 over Northern Michigan in two overtimes. In the first game of the tournament, RIT the 15, seed beat number two ranked Denver (a one seed) 2-1. Then keeping with the east regional, the three seed UNH upended Cornell 6-2. Wisconsin, after sitting around for the St. Cloud Northern Michigan game to end, beat Vermont 3-2.
UNH will now play RIT and Wisconsin will play the Cloud. All will be looking to head to Detoit for the Frozen Four.
Today, Boston College will take on Alaska and North Dakota will face off with Yale in the Northeast regional. Then, out west in Fort Wayne, Miami will play Alabama Huntsville and later Bemidji State takes on Michigan in the late game.All games can be seen on ESPN U.
