Injury Report

When Max Nicastro went down in the corner with blood gushing from his right wrist, it was hard to tell what had just transpired. With a with an ever larger red blood stain creeping toward the Sullivan Tier sign behind the net, the immediate though was not good. Nicastro needed 26 stitches to repair cut in his right forearm from a skate blade. No nerves or tendons were severed and Max will likely play against Maine, Friday night.

In other news
2010 recruit, Charlie Coyle was named the EJHL Rookie of the Year. 

Another 2010 recruit, Sahir Gill, helped his team, the Vernon Vipers, to a 5-0 win over Quesnel. Gill had a goal an assist. 


At the polls
BU rejoined the national poll this week and are ranked 20th. BU must win the Hockey East championship to make the NCAA tournament. There is no chance at an at large bid.
